Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing trust and rapport while adhering to professional ethics and setting clear boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their therapeutic progress, stability, and planning for future appointments or discharge as appropriate.

• Create, implement, and continuously evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment records for each client, in compliance with organizational policies.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather initial client information and identify treatment needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, addressing various mental health concerns through evidence-based practices.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to reflect on practice, receive feedback, and support professional development.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials.

• A minimum of one year of experience in an outpatient clinical setting post-graduation.

• Proficiency in utilizing various computer applications, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY, to document client interactions and maintain records.

• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
\n
• Comfortable conducting intake assessments to establish client needs and treatment plans.
\n
