Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information on students' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the school environment.

• Utilize specific therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, or solution-focused brief therapy, to address students’ issues.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that set measurable goals and specify therapeutic interventions.

• Collaborate with educational staff, including teachers, school psychologists, and special education needs coordinators, to ensure comprehensive care.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment services, creating safety plans as needed for at-risk students.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation aligned with ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops that empower students with coping strategies and emotional resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with students from diverse backgrounds, addressing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
