Senior Account Executive

Cinch PR is a San Francisco-based strategic communications agency specializing in both emerging and established brands in the travel and hospitality, food and beverage, and consumer lifestyle spaces. The ideal Senior Account Executive candidate will have a minimum of 4-5+ years of public relations experience with prior agency experience required. The candidate should be a seasoned strategic communicator, confident client leader, and proactive problem-solver with a demonstrated track record in media relations, influencer programs, and integrated campaign management. Deep experience leading accounts in hospitality, consumer, or lifestyle industries is essential, along with established media relationships at the regional and national level. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional writing abilities, sound editorial judgment, and the capacity to independently drive strategy and results across a portfolio of high-profile accounts. The Senior Account Executive will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to clients and a visible leader within the agency. This individual will own strategy and execution across 4-6 accounts, lead and develop junior team members, and play a meaningful role in new business development and agency culture. The Senior Account Executive will receive professional development through Cinch PR’s leadership-driven mentorship program and will have regular opportunities to collaborate with—and present to—the senior leadership team and President. Travel and evening or weekend work required on occasion. Key Characteristics: Exceptional team player with a self-starter attitude and proven strategic leadership capabilities 4-5+ years of relevant agency experience with a strong lifestyle, hospitality, or consumer PR focus Established relationships with regional and national media across lifestyle, travel, business, food & wine, and broadcast beats, with top-tier coverage samples to match Broad expertise across strategic communications disciplines including media relations, event planning, strategic partnerships, influencer management, social media, and issues management Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills; demonstrated ability to earn trust and build lasting relationships with clients, media, and team members Strong business acumen with the ability to independently manage client strategy, expectations, and agency resources across multiple accounts Confident leading client presentations, quarterly planning sessions, and high-stakes communications with minimal oversight Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and act decisively Experience devising and overseeing earned and paid influencer programs, including sourcing, negotiation, and performance reporting Makes realistic, workable commitments and follows through consistently — even when priorities shift Reputation for professionalism, sound judgment, and integrity “No drama” attitude with the ability to lead calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment Deep understanding of the consumer and hospitality marketplace Beautiful office in the heart of San Francisco’s charming Jackson Square neighborhood Monthly technology stipend Generous PTO including mental health and additional work from home days Medical, dental and vision insurance 401k program Work from home Thursdays & Fridays Summer Fridays Paid employee sabbatical program upon five-year anniversary Monthly and quarterly team building programs, including happy hours, industry and client events, and off-site activities #J-18808-Ljbffr Cinch PR
