This full-time position requires you to work onsite in our rehabilitation facility, where you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for a range of critical tasks:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans that align with best practices in physical therapy.
• Perform meticulous documentation of patient evaluations and treatment sessions in our electronic medical record system, ensuring accurate billing and coding for services rendered.
• Implement evidence-based screening procedures for identifying patients at risk for conditions like lymphedema, falls, or the need for further rehabilitation.
• Employ various therapeutic techniques to restore function and mobility, alleviate pain, and prevent further disabilities, thereby significantly enhancing patient well-being.
• Provide care for both inpatient and outpatient caseloads, adapting your approach based on patient needs and progress.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, engaging in discussions regarding treatment plans that meet the holistic needs of patients.
• Contribute to the professional development of the department through involvement in presentations, publications, and educational activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily focus on patients dealing with a wide array of challenges, including those recovering from physical injuries, illnesses, cognitive impairments, or developmental disabilities. Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid Florida Physical Therapy License.

• At least one year of clinical experience in acute care hospitals.

Compensation and Benefits
