Superior Balance Physical Health Therapy is seeking a skilled and compassionate Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in Hallandale, Florida. In this full-time role, you will work onsite at our outpatient office, providing essential care to patients recovering from orthopedic conditions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their goals, physical limitations, and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and innovative techniques.
• Manage a patient caseload of one individual per hour while ensuring high-quality, personalized care.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and modalities to enhance the recovery process.
• Monitor patient progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients about their conditions and motivate them in their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, including consultations when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress using EMR software, specifically WebPT.
• Document all services provided thoroughly, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Superior Balance, you will work predominantly with patients who are recovering from orthopedic surgeries, musculoskeletal injuries, and chronic conditions. Our clientele ranges from young athletes to seniors, each requiring tailored interventions to enhance their mobility and functional independence. You'll play a critical role in helping them minimize pain, restore movement, and regain confidence in their physical abilities.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• An impeccable professional record with no disciplinary actions taken against your license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a comprehensive understanding of orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Excellent ability to develop and implement exercise protocols tailored to individual patient needs.
• Experience with EMR systems, especially WebPT, to track patient care and outcomes.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an orthopedic outpatient facility.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with alternative therapeutic modalities and approaches.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
