Work Environment

This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to provide therapy from a location of your choice while remaining part of a dynamic, supportive team. Key Responsibilities

The Therapist will be responsible for providing comprehensive therapeutic services. Specific duties include:

• Conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices that address the unique needs of clients.
• Performing thorough initial assessments and regular follow-up evaluations to monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that highlight client goals and therapeutic strategies, ensuring regular updates based on assessments.
• Engaging collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team by participating in case reviews, care coordination efforts, and team meetings to create cohesive treatment strategies.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all communications with clients and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with individuals experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. These clients often face significant environmental and cultural challenges, making empathy and cultural sensitivity vital. Your role will involve not only therapeutic interventions but also empowering clients through psychoeducation and skills training, preparing them to take control of their recovery journey.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• A current and valid license in good standing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or related mental health discipline.
• Continued compliance with pre-employment conditions such as annual tuberculosis screenings, background checks, and drug screenings, alongside adherence to ongoing monitoring requirements throughout employment.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome applications from all qualified candidates, preference will be given to those who have:

• Experience working within community health settings and with diverse populations.
• Skills in teletherapy or remote counseling techniques.
• Expertise in group therapy facilitation, particularly for substance use treatment.

Compensation and Benefits
