Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct psychotherapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, and families through video conferencing or in person, employing a systemic and relational approach.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on each client's unique needs and goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting them as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with state regulations.

• Engage in regular clinical team meetings and peer consultations to enhance treatment strategies and share best practices.

• Collaborate with referring providers, case managers, and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.

• Uphold ethical and legal standards as guided by Arizona state regulations and the standards of the psychological community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals navigating personal crises, couples facing relational challenges, and families seeking assistance in improving dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
