Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and develop tailored treatment plans based on their unique needs.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy during individual, family, and group sessions.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment strategies that set clear, measurable goals, ensuring clients receive the best possible care.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care plans that address the holistic needs of clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and the development of safety plans, as necessary for at-risk clients.

• Document all client interactions and therapies in an accurate and timely manner, adhering to all regulatory and ethical standards.

• Facilitate psychoeducation groups and support sessions, helping clients and their families understand mental health issues and treatment options.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a generous sign-on bonus and additional performance incentives.
