Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, which include pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to assess client needs and outcomes, collaborating closely with clinical teams to refine approaches and strategies.

• Engage in inter-departmental collaboration to develop and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance the well-being and autonomy of participants.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that Mindful Perspective Moments Therapy meets established standards of care.

• Serve as a knowledgeable liaison with relevant service systems, state agencies, and local community partners to enhance our service delivery.

• Build relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to promote our services, exploring opportunities for new partnerships and funding sources.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to ensure comprehensive client care and organizational success.

Qualifications\n
