Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, ensuring that clinical evaluations align with best practices in mental health care.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans promptly and accurately, adhering to strict regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to inform your clinical approach, ensuring that treatment decisions are grounded in the latest research.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement effective positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Actively engage in accreditation and licensing processes, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

• Serve as a trusted liaison between clients and relevant state agencies, community partners, and other service systems, facilitating a seamless support network.

• Engage in ongoing communication with team members and community stakeholders to enhance service delivery and uphold the center's mission within the broader community.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to expand the center's outreach and secure new partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Participate in continued professional development through conferences, training sessions, and agency representation at various professional forums.

• Promote the agency's mission and core values in every aspect of your work.

• Assist with additional responsibilities as determined by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with individuals facing mental health challenges, including but not limited to those recovering from substance use disorders, individuals with developmental disabilities, and clients with acquired brain injuries. Your role is to help guide them toward managing their conditions effectively and achieving an improved quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health field such as psychology, counseling, or social work.

• Possession of an Independent LMHC license, allowing for autonomous clinical practice.

• Proficiency in various therapeutic approaches and an understanding of best practices in mental health care.
