The successful candidate will work primarily in a remote setting, with occasional onsite visits to our outpatient office as needed. In this remote role, you'll balance flexibility with structured work hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Meet with trauma injury patients to listen to their concerns and document their experiences effectively.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental and emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that encompass coping strategies tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.

• Facilitate educational sessions aimed at equipping patients and staff with stress and trauma coping mechanisms, ensuring everyone understands the resources available to them.

• Monitor patient progress through regular check-ins, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on feedback and observed outcomes.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers, social agencies, and community outreach programs to coordinate additional support and services for patients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education to maintain National Certified Counselor certification, staying updated with the latest practices and research in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
