Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct telehealth counseling sessions through video chat, ensuring ethical and compassionate care tailored to each client’s needs.

• Perform ongoing assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans based on their unique experiences.

• Provide guidance and support, helping clients acquire and practice new coping mechanisms, problem-solving techniques, and effective communication skills.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and treatment plans while minimizing bureaucracy, allowing you more time to focus on your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily engage with low-acuity adult clients who are seeking stability and coping strategies for everyday challenges. This demographic often includes individuals dealing with anxiety, mild depression, life transitions, and relationship issues. Your primary goal will be to help these clients build resilience and improve their quality of life through structured therapeutic support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current, independent licensure in the state of Texas as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD, with no disciplinary actions on your record.

• Ability to work independently without supervision, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and computer literacy for efficient telehealth service delivery.

• A stable and reliable internet connection to facilitate uninterrupted counseling sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency in mental health practices.

• Familiarity with teletherapy modalities and comfort in utilizing technological tools to enhance the counseling experience.

• We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
