This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to an outpatient office setting that values collaboration and teamwork. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools to ensure accurate diagnosis.

• Create personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, implementing therapeutic strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals.

• Deliver various therapeutic services, including individual and group therapy sessions, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and medical professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, ensuring that all aspects of their mental health are addressed.

• Provide crisis intervention support to clients in acute distress, utilizing problem-solving techniques and active listening to foster safety and stability.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives, conducting workshops and webinars aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent license in one of the following: LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Strong cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively interact and work with a variety of individuals.

• Organizational and time-management skills that ensure timely and accurate documentation in accordance with clinical standards.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in outpatient settings, specifically providing therapy for a diverse range of mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. Benefits include:
