Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with children and adolescents facing diverse challenges, from anxiety and depression to ADHD and other behavioral disorders. Engaging with this vulnerable population necessitates a compassionate, understanding, and child-centered approach to therapy, aimed at fostering resilience and promoting mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCMFT, LCSW, LCP, LCPC, or LSCSW in the state of Kansas.

• Solid understanding of child and adolescent mental health issues, evidenced by experience with various treatment modalities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, effectively building rapport with patients and families.
\n
• Competency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with related technology.
\n
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience providing individual and family therapy to children and adolescents is desired. Experience working in outpatient community health settings is a plus, as it can enhance your understanding of the unique challenges faced by young clients in accessing mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, along with additional bonuses based on performance.
