Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain insights into clients' mental health challenges and aspirations.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions to assist clients in navigating a variety of issues such as anxiety disorders, depressive episodes, trauma recovery, and stress management.

• Lead couples and family therapy sessions to address interpersonal dynamics, enhance communication skills, and resolve familial conflicts.

• Create customized treatment plans that are specific to each client's needs, outlining concrete goals and targeted interventions.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients when they are facing immediate psychological distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to ethical and legal standards for documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 yearly, determined by experience and qualifications. We provide a Fee-for-Service model with guaranteed rates so that you are compensated promptly without delays associated with typical reimbursement practices.
