Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct fundamental trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients’ histories and experiences, identifying tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate patient healing.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process their trauma, develop sustainable coping strategies, and foster a supportive community.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, empathetically guiding patients through acute distress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
