Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to ascertain clients' mental health status and develop customized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services using secure virtual channels, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

• Foster collaborative relationships with clients throughout the therapeutic process to identify their goals and deliver ongoing support while facilitating their journeys towards better mental health.

• Employ a range of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to client preferences and treatment objectives.

You will be working with clients across various backgrounds and demographics in Lowell, Massachusetts, and beyond, ensuring that each individual receives customized care based on their specific circumstances and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
