Personal Assistant

About the Opportunity InterEx Group is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to support our CEO, Jamie Fraser. This is a fast-paced role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys being at the center of a growing international business, and can anticipate needs before they arise. You'll play a critical role in helping the CEO manage priorities, maximize productivity, and ensure smooth day-to-day running of Jamie's personal affairs. If you're exceptionally organized, discreet, commercially aware, and enjoy working alongside senior leadership, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Manage the CEO's complex calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodation, and logistics Attend meetings where required and take accurate notes and action points Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion Assist with personal and business-related administrative tasks Track key projects, deadlines, and follow-up actions to ensure completion What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or similar support role Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively High attention to detail and ability to multitask Professional, polished, and confident demeanor Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment Experience supporting senior executives is highly desirable What We Offer Competitive salary package Medical, dental, and vision benefits Good PTO with additional allowance following 1 years of service 401(k) with company match Birthday day off To apply, please submit your resume or reach out to Lisa McHugh at InterEx Group. #J-18808-Ljbffr InterEx Group
