Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate each client's specific mental health issues, strengths, coping mechanisms, and available resources.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, family therapy, and group sessions, tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy to support clients in their healing process.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting clear, measurable goals and corresponding interventions with client involvement.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive treatment strategy.

• Provide crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments or safety planning as necessary.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical guidelines.

• Lead group therapy sessions, facilitate psychoeducational workshops, and conduct support groups to enrich client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
