Work Environment\n

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions via telehealth platforms. Our telehealth facility enables you to connect with clients through live video sessions, utilizing advanced technology for seamless communication. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule within the standard hours of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, offering a healthy work-life balance. Importantly, there are no on-call responsibilities, allowing you to focus intently on your client sessions and personal well-being.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly, engaging, and evidence-based counseling sessions with individual adults through secure video conferencing platforms.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and other counselors, to enhance comprehensive client treatment plans and ensure cohesive care.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments, measure functional improvements, and set goal progress indicators to personalize and adapt treatment plans effectively.

• Proactively seek supervision and consultation from team members, fostering a supportive environment focused on shared clinical expertise.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans thoroughly in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to maintain accurate and compliant records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve diverse adult clients, many of whom may present with higher-risk mental health issues or complex needs. You will embrace inclusivity by treating individuals from various backgrounds and with a broad spectrum of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and more. A crucial aspect of your work will be adopting culturally competent care practices to ensure every client feels understood and valued.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience as a mental health counselor.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
