Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to accurately diagnose mental health issues and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 clients each week, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth and ensuring consistent progress towards therapeutic goals.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and documentation of progress per clinic policy.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team of professionals—this may include case managers, schools, and medical personnel—to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and creative interventions to promote client engagement and support their journey toward recovery and personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, couples, and families, many of whom may be dealing with complex issues such as trauma, addiction, and family dynamics. Your expertise will play a crucial role in empowering clients to navigate their challenges and improve their overall mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities applicable to family dynamics, including experience in assessing and formulating intervention strategies.

• Proficiency in mental health documentation, including completion of diagnostic assessments (DAs), treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
