Regional Sales Manager East — Horizontal Directional Drilling Tooling

Location: Based in Eastern US.

\n

Melfred Borzall is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to grow our leading line of HDD tooling. If you’re experienced in territory sales and thrive on building distributor relationships, we want to connect with you!

What You'll Do

\n
    \n
  • Drive sales growth by promoting Melfred Borzall products through established and new distributors.
    • \n
  • Expand distribution — increase overall sales and grow market share.
    • \n
  • Support distributors and end users:
    • \n
  • Train and onboard distributor sales teams.
    • \n
  • Set up and maintain showrooms/retail displays.
    • \n
  • Demo products in the field and at trade events.
    • \n
  • Advise on inventory and product selection to ensure distributors maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
    • \n
  • Leverage CRM systems to report activities and achieve transparency in progress.
    • \n

About You

\n
    \n
  • 5+ years B2B or wholesale outside sales experience, with a track record of success in hitting sales targets.
    • \n
  • Required: minimum of 5 years selling distributor sales channels (B2B and B2C) experience, preferably within construction or adjacent segments. 
    • \n
  • Capable of hands-on tool demos — able to lift up to 75lbs.
    • \n
  • Tech savvy: Microsoft Office 365, G-Suite, CRM systems.
    • \n
  • Road ready: Valid driver's license and willingness for frequent travel.
    • \n
  • Excellent communicator; confident presenting to management and customers.
    • \n
  • Self-motivated, organized, and focused on results.
    • \n
  • Must be based in East Region (East of the Mississippi River).
    • \n

  • BA/BS degree, Military, or equivalent experience.
    • \n
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
    • \n
  • Experience with Horizontal Directional Drilling and tooling.
    • \n
\n
