Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client focus for this role includes adults aged 18 and older who may struggle with various forms of mental illness. These clients may experience difficulties around community integration, maintaining relationships, or managing daily living activities due to mental health challenges. Your ability to foster trusting relationships will be critical in encouraging them toward recovery and re-establishing their place within the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current state license—such as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD—in good standing, allowing for independent practice.

• No disciplinary actions on your license.
\n
• Solid understanding of the therapeutic process and evidence-based practices applicable to mental health treatment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse clients.

• Technologically proficient, with a reliable computer and a good Wi-Fi connection to facilitate remote therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
