Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and participate in crisis management strategies tailored to the needs of our clients.

• Provide timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in mental health care.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools to enhance diagnostic accuracy and treatment effectiveness.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans, ensuring an integrated approach to client care.

• Actively engage in the agency’s licensing and accreditation processes to maintain high standards of practice.
\n
• Serve as a key liaison with relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to ensure comprehensive client support.

• Maintain proactive communication with local, state, federal, and private organizations to enhance program visibility and identify potential funding sources.
\n
• Invest in your personal and professional development by attending conferences, workshops, and representing the agency at community events.

• Promote the agency’s mission and core values in all interactions and services provided.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client population, assisting individuals facing a range of mental health and emotional challenges. Clients may include those seeking recovery from substance use, individuals with developmental disabilities, or those experiencing crisis situations. Your insights and therapeutic interventions will directly contribute to their recovery journey, empowering them to achieve better mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field is required.

• An independent LMHC license is mandatory for this role.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with prior experience working in community mental health settings, as well as familiarity with behavioral assessment and treatment planning, will be given preference. Experience with evidence-based therapies and a strong commitment to client-centered care are also beneficial assets.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
