Responsibilities for Licensed Physical Therapist: Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and resident goals. Provide skilled physical therapy treatments designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life. Monitor resident progress, modify treatment plans as appropriate, and accurately document all evaluations, treatments, and outcomes. Communicate resident progress, needs, and recommendations with residents, families, physicians, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
