Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that address individual client needs, including prescribed therapies to enhance physical functionality.
• Direct physical therapy treatment with a focus on pain relief, muscle function improvement, and maintaining patient independence.
• Assess client conditions through diagnostic tests to evaluate muscle, nerve, and joint functionality, documenting changes meticulously.
• Collaborate with various healthcare professionals to refine care plans, driving holistic patient recovery and health enhancement.
• Educate clients and their families on therapy techniques, usage of assistive devices, and incorporating exercises into daily routines.
• Perform regular evaluations of rehabilitation environments and recommend modifications to promote client independence.
• Supervise and support Physical Therapy Assistants in the execution of their duties while ensuring compliance with state regulations and clinical best practices.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and in-house training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
