Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, incorporating pertinent medical history and performing relevant assessments to create an individualized treatment plan.
• Communicate evaluation findings clearly to patients and their families, actively involving them in setting rehabilitation goals.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to each patient's needs, while remaining adaptable to changes in their condition or healthcare guidelines.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure well-rounded patient care, recognizing when referral to specialists is necessary.
• Document patient care activities accurately and promptly, providing clear summaries of evaluations, treatment plans, daily encounters, and discharge summaries.
• Manage your time effectively to maintain productivity and compliance with scheduling requirements while also contributing to our community outreach initiatives.
• Engage in academic instruction and mentorship of students, promoting an atmosphere of learning and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
