You will be working onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Hampton, Virginia, where we emphasize a collaborative approach towards patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical capabilities and limitations based on physician referrals.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that address the needs and goals of each patient, including setting measurable objectives.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes using electronic health record systems.
• Supervise and provide guidance to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and support personnel to enhance the delivery of patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians and rehabilitation staff, to create cohesive treatment strategies.
• Evaluate and modify therapeutic interventions based on patient progress and changing medical conditions to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Offer education and resources to patients and their families about rehabilitation techniques, exercises, and lifestyle modifications necessary for recovery.
• Participate in departmental meetings to provide feedback on productivity and operational efficiency, contributing to the overall mission of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The full-time Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
