This full-time opportunity allows you to work with K–12 students, tailoring your caseload based on your expertise and interests—whether you prefer early childhood, elementary, or a broader pediatric focus. Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state license (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Prior experience working with pediatric populations in school settings preferred
• Familiarity with both moderate and profound needs across K–12 grade levels
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and carry out individualized education plans (IEPs)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy to students with diverse communication needs, ranging from moderate to profound severity
• Evaluate, diagnose, and create treatment plans for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Provide support and consultative services as part of an interdisciplinary educational team
• Adjust caseloads as needed based on your experience and preferences
