Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform in-depth assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges and formulate tailored treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. As you build therapeutic relationships, you will guide clients in exploring their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, encouraging personal growth and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to establish a trusting relationship with clients.

• A strong sense of empathy and a non-judgmental approach in addressing clients' concerns and experiences.

• Highly organized with excellent time management capabilities to effectively oversee a diverse caseload.
