Enterprise Sales Development Representative (Boston | Hybrid)

n8n is looking for an Enterprise SDR to generate high-quality enterprise pipeline for our US business by prospecting into strategic accounts and creating meaningful conversations with technical buyers. Responsibilities Generate qualified enterprise pipeline for n8n by prospecting into strategic US accounts Build targeted account plans with Enterprise AEs, identifying priority companies, personas, pain points, and outreach angles Research technical and business stakeholders across IT, DevOps, SecOps, and related teams to understand where n8n can create value Craft thoughtful, personalized outbound messaging that connects n8n’s automation and AI capabilities to account-specific priorities Run outbound sequences across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to create new conversations with prospective customers Qualify prospects through strong discovery, understanding business needs, technical context, urgency, and fit for n8n Partner tightly with Enterprise AEs to ensure smooth handoffs, strong meeting context, and clear next steps for qualified opportunities Maintain excellent CRM hygiene in Salesforce, keeping account, contact, activity, and opportunity information accurate and up to date Use tools like Outreach, Salesforce, Apollo, and AI tools to improve prospecting, research, personalization, and follow-up Continuously improve your messaging, targeting, and qualification approach through coaching, feedback, and performance data Requirements Must‑haves SDR experience: Prior experience in an inbound or outbound SDR, ideally prospecting into mid‑market or enterprise accounts SaaS experience: Familiarity with B2B SaaS sales environments, pipeline generation, qualification, and sales processes Sales acumen: Ability to identify relevant accounts, qualify opportunities, and create clear business value in early‑stage conversations. Proficient in applying structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC. Strong communication skills: Ability to write thoughtful outreach, pose discovery questions, and converse confidently with senior stakeholders Emotional intelligence: Ability to build rapport quickly, adapt approach, and navigate conversations with technical and executive‑level buyers Proactive working style: Self‑starter who prepares well, follows up consistently, and takes ownership of results Boston‑based availability: Based in Boston and willing to work from our Boston office three days per week with the local team Nice‑to‑haves Sales tech fluency: Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, or similar platforms to manage prospecting and sales activity Technical curiosity: Experience selling to technical personas or a strong interest in technical products, automation, AI, or developer‑focused tools Proven performance: Examples of consistent quota attainment, President’s Club recognition, or measurable impact in a previous SDR role AI tool familiarity: Experience using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools to improve research, personalization, or productivity Enterprise exposure: Experience prospecting into large organizations and understanding how to identify buying committees, relevant personas, and account priorities Benefits Competitive compensation Ownership: Equity participation Work/life balance Health & wellness Future planning Financial security Career growth: €1K per year for courses, books, events, or coaching A passionate team with regular hackathons Remote‑first: Team works across Europe; sales roles in the US are hybrid Giving back: $100 per month to support open‑source projects AI enablement: Unlimited AI budget to explore tools Transparency in company operations An ambitious but kind culture n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
