Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges. Specific tasks include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans guided by evidence-based practices.
\n
• Implementing therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) based on each client’s unique treatment objectives and therapeutic preferences.

• Documenting clinical notes and maintaining accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and safety.

• Working alongside psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to coordinate care, sharing insights during case consultations for holistic treatment approaches.

• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with the knowledge to understand mental health challenges and available treatment avenues.

• Staying informed of advancements in the field of mental health to continually refine your practice and contribute to improved patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a wide spectrum of clients, ranging from individuals coping with anxiety and depression to those facing more complex mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a remote setting with teletherapy clients is a plus but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
