Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and evaluate symptom severity, frequency, and duration in clients experiencing mood disorders.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in virtual sessions.

• Provide education, resources, and emotional support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Continuously monitor and assess client progress throughout the treatment process, making necessary adjustments to the care plan as needed.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring detailed documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The candidate will primarily work with clients managing mood disorders, including those who may experience significant challenges in their daily lives due to conditions such as anxiety, severe depression, and bipolar disorder. By providing support via telehealth, you will have the opportunity to reach a broad demographic, adapting treatment strategies to meet individuals where they are.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Strong foundational knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Excellent communication skills, enabling successful rapport building with clients from varied cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with an enticing sign-on bonus.
