Our operational hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some flexibility for evening shifts based on patient demands.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will employ person-centered care approaches to address their physical and emotional needs while fostering resilience and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Strong understanding of substance use disorders, recovery-oriented approaches, and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Prior experience providing individual and group therapy within addiction recovery settings.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to maintaining an empathetic and non-judgmental approach to client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
