Work Environment

You will work primarily in our outpatient office setting, where you'll engage directly with patients in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring you maintain a healthy work-life balance while providing crucial therapy services. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical and functional capabilities, using advanced assessment tools and techniques directed at identifying specific mobility issues.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs, incorporating manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to effectively address a variety of orthopedic conditions.
• Regularly monitor and record patient progress, adapting treatment protocols according to outcomes and new evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure a seamless continuum of care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises, safety precautions, and strategies for preventing further injuries, empowering them to take an active role in their health.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and treatment interventions in compliance with regulatory standards, streamlining communication within the healthcare team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population requiring orthopedic rehabilitation, including those recovering from surgeries, managing chronic conditions, and seeking proactive injury prevention. Qualifications

• A valid and active New Jersey Physical Therapy License is mandatory.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required, while a Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient or orthopedic rehabilitation settings is essential.
• Certification in BLS/CPR for healthcare professionals is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively educate and interact with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in manual therapy techniques, therapeutic modalities, or specialized orthopedic treatments is preferable.

Compensation and Benefits
