Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide Physical Therapy Assistants in implementing therapeutic interventions according to established care plans.
• Administer manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and functional activities, ensuring adherence to safety and efficacy protocols.
• Evaluate the home environment to provide recommendations that enhance patient independence and facilitate an effective rehabilitation process.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team by participating in case conferences to ensure cohesive treatment strategies aligned with patient goals.
• Document patient progress meticulously, preparing clinical records such as evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with company standards.
• Stay engaged with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals, providing education on therapy programs and device usage.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
