This position is entirely remote, allowing you to deliver effective therapy from the comfort of your own home while maintaining the benefit of a collaborative work culture. Although the role is virtual, you will have ongoing support from your colleagues and supervisors. The scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing a consistent routine conducive to work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mood disorders, including the severity and frequency of symptoms, enabling personalized treatment planning.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that focus on their specific needs, preferences, and treatment goals, ensuring that each plan reflects a mutual understanding of therapeutic objectives.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment sessions.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as needed to align with evolving client needs and objectives.
