Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily focus on supporting older adults facing terminal illnesses, as well as their families, who require emotional and practical assistance during a challenging period of their lives. You will utilize your knowledge and skills to create trusting relationships with clients, helping them navigate their feelings, cope with loss, and address the complexities of end-of-life care.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a valid LCSW license in the state of Kansas is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
