About the Role \n

We’re looking for an ambitious and thoughtful Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. You’ll be on the front lines connecting with companies and nonprofits of all sizes, introducing them to Zeck, and sparking conversations that lead to real business impact.

\n

This is a launchpad role—perfect for someone who wants to grow into closing deals or a long-term sales career.

\n

What You’ll Do \n

• Identify and engage new prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and any creative method you dream up
\n
• Qualify inbound interest and nurture leads into real opportunities
\n
• Partner closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified prospects and support pipeline growth
\n
• Craft personalized, engaging outreach that aligns with Zeck’s voice (bold, clear, fun, and helpful)
\n
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and help improve outbound playbooks
\n
• Share feedback from prospects to help shape messaging and product direction
\n
• Be a bright spot in someone's day—and maybe even make board meetings sound exciting
\n

About You \n

• You’re curious, coachable, and hungry to learn
\n
• You’re a strong communicator who can write clearly and speak confidently
\n
• You enjoy connecting with people and aren’t afraid to be bold in your outreach
\n
• You love a fast-paced, startup environment and don’t mind a little organized chaos
\n
• You have experience working with outbound sales tech (Apollo, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Outreach, HubSpot, etc.)
\n
• You have one year of proven metric and quota attainment
\n
• Bonus: You’ve worked in SaaS, know the basics of CRM tools, or have experience prospecting
\n
