This position will be conducted remotely, with occasional visits to our outpatient office in Houston as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our facility, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Conduct weekly group therapy sessions where clients can share their experiences, learn coping strategies, and support each other in a safe environment.

• Individual Counseling: Provide one-on-one therapy tailored to each client's unique needs, focusing on emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, outlining specific, achievable goals to encourage progress in their mental health journey.

• Progress Monitoring: Implement various assessment tools to track client progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and prepare progress reports for our team meetings.

• Team Collaboration: Regularly engage with other mental health professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to ensure cohesive care for the client population.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
