Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health status, symptoms, and needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, collaborative discussions with clients, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions for adult clients, employing solution-focused and evidence-based techniques to facilitate their healing journey.

• Utilize teletherapy tools to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring that clients receive care that is convenient and accessible. This includes managing technology during sessions and ensuring confidentiality and comfort.

• Offer timely crisis intervention services when required, demonstrating a crisis resources knowledge to stabilize and support clients in distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve adult clients facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills to manage a caseload effectively and meet client needs.

• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional licensing board.
