Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, providing clinical diagnoses and creating comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Deliver high-quality individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more.

• Offer crisis intervention support during acute mental health crises, ensuring timely and effective care for individuals in distress.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Foster collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health strategies, available treatment options, and community resources to enhance their understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training workshops and relevant courses to stay current with emerging practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
