Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker reporting to the Social Work Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating and diagnosing psychosocial problems, applying your clinical social work expertise to help patients and their families resolve personal and environmental issues caused by mental or physical illness.

• Conducting comprehensive bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify and alleviate barriers to effective treatment, thereby optimizing health outcomes.

• Developing collaborative treatment plans and implementing individual and group therapy interventions, continuously analyzing the effectiveness of the treatment approach to ensure the highest level of patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
