Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create tailored treatment plans to address client needs, ensuring a client-centered approach.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities that support personal development, coping strategies, and emotional health.

• Set clearly defined therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor their progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to encourage optimal outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy to accommodate clients facing accessibility issues or those who prefer remote sessions; maintain professional standards and confidentiality in all virtual interactions.

• Document client interactions and treatment outcomes in our secure digital records system, upholding ethical standards in practice.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and training opportunities to keep skills sharp and stay abreast of the latest therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients dealing with a spectrum of issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid state license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to practice independently.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our benefits package includes:
