Work Environment\n

This role is designed to be remote, allowing for flexibility in work settings while still providing a strong support system through our comprehensive team. You will have the opportunity to work amidst a dedicated group of professionals committed to mental health advocacy. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling options available, including 4x10 or 5x8 shifts, typically between the hours of 8 am and 7 pm.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, and families, tailoring techniques to address diverse issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.

• Conduct thorough assessments by interviewing clients to gather critical social, personal, environmental, and health-related information.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the clients’ unique social and emotional needs.
\n
• Facilitate interventions for cognitive, affective, and behavioral health, including crisis situations, and provide necessary referrals to community resources.

• Establish and nurture a trusting therapeutic relationship characterized by mutual respect and acceptance, creating a safe space for clients to express their concerns.

• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of treatment options delivered, making necessary adjustments based on client feedback and clinical evaluations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring documentation adheres to established protocols and regulations.

• Keep an organized caseload, ensuring all client interactions and treatment measures are documented and reflective of the services provided.

• Provide individual clinical counseling while remaining open to undertake additional duties as required.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker status in the state of Kansas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000 based on qualifications and experience.
