As a remote position, this role allows flexibility while being part of a collaborative outpatient team dedicated to trauma recovery. This position requires availability during Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling to cater to our patients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments, analyzing patients' trauma histories to develop tailored treatment approaches.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience-building based on evidence-based practices.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to aid patients in their healing journey.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients in processing trauma experiences and developing effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate regularly with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure a holistic approach to integrated care.

• Provide responsive crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, offering immediate assistance to patients in distress.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, equip them with coping mechanisms, and inform them about available resources that can facilitate further support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings, contributing insights and sharing best practices focused on trauma-informed care.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by staying abreast of the latest research and advances in trauma therapy methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses specifically on individuals affected by trauma, including victims of abuse, neglect, and other significant adverse life experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers an attractive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
