Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient's background, history, and specific needs related to trauma.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aiming at trauma recovery, resilience-building, and overall mental health improvement.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on helping patients process their trauma, develop effective coping strategies, and foster healing.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure integrated and holistic care for our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support when needed, offering immediate assistance during trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources to aid in their recovery process.

• Maintain complete, accurate, and confidential documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults who are survivors of trauma, including those diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred candidates will possess a minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in providing mental health therapy, particularly with those affected by trauma. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually.
