Key Responsibilities Evaluate client needs through assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate actionable goals tailored to each person's circumstances. Provide evidence-based therapeutic services that promote mental health, with an emphasis on preventive strategies and wellness initiatives. Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring that each client receives frequent and meaningful therapy sessions, tailored to their ongoing needs. Patient Population / Client Focus Our therapists primarily serve a varied clientele ranging from children to adults, each facing different mental health challenges. Qualifications A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field. Active licensure in Arizona as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused therapy methodologies and the ability to adapt treatment approaches that best fit each client’s needs. A professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and a collaborative spirit that fosters a supportive therapeutic relationship. Preferred Experience At least 2 years of post-graduate experience providing clinical therapy in a similar setting. Evidence of working effectively in a telehealth environment and familiarity with digital health platforms. Previous experience utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities that may include cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, or mindfulness-based approaches. Compensation and Benefits The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
