Key Responsibilities\n

As a Clinical Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be responsible for a diverse range of clinical activities, which include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive patient intakes, diagnostic assessments, and functional evaluations, formulating detailed treatment plans to present to primary care providers.

• Providing brief, focused interventions with patients requiring mental health services while effectively managing caseloads to meet established productivity quotas.

• Participating in the primary care team by assisting in recognizing, diagnosing, and managing the psychosocial aspects of patient health.

• Establishing and monitoring effective follow-up procedures to gauge patient progress and adapt treatment strategies as needed.

• Developing personalized relapse prevention plans to support patients in maintaining stability and navigating their treatment journeys.

• Documenting patient progress comprehensively in clinical records and relevant treatment charts, keeping primary care providers informed on patient statuses.

• Providing education and skill-building tools that empower patients in self-management and recovery processes.

• Collaboration with the clinic management and interdisciplinary teams to enhance program evaluation and propose improvements in behavioral health services.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following credentials and qualities:

Compensation and Benefits\n

Oasis Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 87,000 - 105,000.
