Work Environment\n

The work environment is structured around a hybrid model of care, predominantly focusing on teletherapy, which allows counselors to connect with clients from the comfort and safety of their homes. However, there may be occasions requiring in-person sessions at our outpatient office in Stockton. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, facilitating a balanced work-life environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide professional mental health counseling through telehealth platforms, while also facilitating in-person sessions when necessary, ensuring flexibility in care delivery.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients, developing tailored treatment plans that align with their unique mental health needs.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions and counseling activities aimed at achieving predefined treatment goals, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation through electronic medical records (EMR), while adhering to compliance standards and practices that safeguard patient confidentiality and ethics.

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians, participating in regular case consultations and interdisciplinary meetings to enhance treatment outcomes and share best practices.

• Contribution to reporting processes related to patient progress and outcomes, which help inform service delivery adjustments and program effectiveness.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through attending relevant conferences and training to stay updated with emerging trends in counseling methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with a diverse patient population, including individuals managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. You will interact with clients of varying ages and backgrounds, ensuring a culturally sensitive approach to mental health care while addressing each client's specific concerns. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience is required, ensuring candidates possess the necessary background for effective counseling.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Current licensure in California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT is essential for practice.

• Proficiency in documenting therapeutic notes accurately and efficiently is required, alongside an ability to analyze and interpret data as needed.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000, depending on experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
